Argentina has launched a new online training platform accessible to people of all ages from anywhere in the country. According to an official report to the Argentine News Agency (NA), this is the country's 'first virtual human capital training center', designed to run on any device with an internet connection and featuring AI-based personalization tools. Courses will be organized according to life cycles and thematic topics chosen by each user. The ministry stated that the new space aims to expand access to training tools and promote both personal development and family strengthening, in line with the ministry's guidelines in recent months. In fact, they emphasized to this medium that the initiative will be part of the Social System (SISOC), the digital platform that the ministry unveiled last week. There, users can search for courses, pre-register, and manage a personal training profile. In its first phase, the portal will bring together content from various state areas, including the Secretariats for Childhood, Adolescence, and Family; Education; and Labor, Employment, and Social Security.
